Everything done as stated and was dispatched on time by this supplier. available on WhatsApp and through AliBaba Messenger at anytime I had questions (and I had a lot!!!) the customer service team were patient and able to answer my every query. delivery took substantial time but within the agreed time frame. quality of product is good, but some finishing done to a lower standard. overall pleased & thank you

Absolutely love the planter we ordered. It’s exactly as described and perfect for the location. Also, LULUWEI has wonderful customer service and that is something rare these days. I will definitely be ordering more planters from them in the future!
