The customer ordered 2pcs bubble wall on Feb.14th with customized size:16 inches(W),76 inches(H) --41cm(W),1.93m(H) On Feb.24th,we finished the goods and got the approval about the photos and videos and sent goods out. On March 23rd,the goods is on the sea already,the customer asked for cancel the order,we told the goods is on the sea and the products are customized size,therefore they can't be cancelled and no any feedback from her. On April 16th,the customer asked cancelled the order again and make negative comments.
